Fees & Insurance:
My usual fee is $125 per 50 minute session. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. I accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
I do not bill insurance companies directly, but if desired I will supply you with a superbill that you can submit to you insurance company for reimbursement. You should know that using health insurance can compromise your privacy, as your treatment information is entered into a national database. This information can impact your ability to obtain health insurance in the future, as well as be a hindrance to obtaining certain kinds of jobs and security clearances. Additionally, to qualify for insurance benefits it may be required that you be diagnosed with a mental disorder and I may not be able to determine that until meeting with you. Please check with your particular insurance plan for coverage details.
