Fees & Insurance:
My usual fee is $130 per 50 minute session. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. I accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
I do not bill insurance companies directly, but upon your request I will supply you with a bill for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You should know that using health insurance can compromise your privacy, as your treatment information is entered into a national database. This information can impact your ability to obtain health insurance in the future, as well as be a hindrance to obtaining certain kinds of jobs and security clearances. Additionally, to qualify for insurance benefits it may be required that you be diagnosed with a mental disorder which I may not be able to determine until meeting with you. Please check with your particular insurance company for coverage details.
